JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Required to join an established Pest Control & Facilities Management company working across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead technical operations in pest control services across the assigned regions, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise pest control teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Train staff on new pest control technologies and treatment methods.
• Handle client escalations and ensure high service quality.
• Monitor regulatory compliance within the region.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Entomology, Agriculture, or a related field.• 7+ years of experience in pest control management.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, local pest control licenses).
• Fluent in Arabic and English with knowledge of regional regulations.
Salary:
SAR
12,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
