JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading Engineering Consultancy, stable and successful. They are currently looking to hire a Planning Engineer for their office in Riyadh.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare Tender Schedules
• Prepare Baseline schedules for construction stage
• Produce Resource Schedules .
• generate critical milestones for the construction stages.
• Provide cash flow charts for the Project.
• Maintain a schedule of actual progress against programmed progress in the project and issue to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly invoice forecast based on the current jobs progress.
• work with both office and site based Cost Managers.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• +8 years of experience
• Hospitals projects experience
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts and construction management.
• Primavera 6
• Very good in MS office
