JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Client is one of the major Fit-Out Contractors delivering some of the largest hospitality projects across the GCC.

As part of their continued development, they have recently been awarded a number of projects and so are urgently looking to appoint fit out specialist staff in Saudi Arabia.

As part of their long term growth strategy and due to recent project wins, they are urgently looking for an experienced Planning Manager with extensive fit out experience on large Hospitality projects. They are looking to offer a fantastic package for the right candidate. The individual must be able to lead a team and handle the project from the ground up. Applicants must have worked on similar projects and MUST have a transferable visa.

• Split the overall project schedule into detailed ones and distribute it to all concerned departments
• Review all required reports to review the project schedule / plan against actual implementation situation
• Monitor the performance of the project schedule / plan

• Review and discuss project method statement, methodology and overall strategy with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, Commercial Manager, QA/QC Manager and Planning Manager
• Communicate and alert the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Planning Manager, Commercial Manager and other team members of slippages, potential claims and information affecting the program
• Assist in Variation Orders and Engineers Instructions
• Produce progress reports by tracking the program updates
• Produce recovery plans in case needed by any project
• Develop the mobilization plan according to the company standards
• Design the project cash flow statement
• Prepare claim schedules and coordinates between the concerned departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an engineering background
• Between 8-12 years’ experience
• Primavera program proficiency
• English proficiency
• Performance Measurements
• Transferable Saudi visa
• Communication
• Team Building
• Any nationality
