The future Plant General Manager will manage the manufacturing plant across the Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics of the Plant Business Unit

Client Details

Key player in the Pressure Vessels Columns (O&G) Manufacturing Industry


* Lead the existing manufacturing team in improving reliability, productivity and efficiency of the various production units with a strong Leadership
* Continuous improvement and Implementing best practices in the manufacturing operations, developing the team & technical capability
* Creating / Refining and Implementing Standard Operating Procedures
* Creating / Refining and Implementing Standard Maintenance Procedures
* Implementation and Reporting of Manufacturing Metrics
* Implementation and Maintaining plant safety procedures
* Enhance the working culture to pave the way for future improvements - such as TPM and Lean Manufacturing
* Responsibility for Quality Assurance for the Processes, the Final Product and for Incoming Materials
* Projects implementation - whenever such a requirement comes up
* Industrial Relations

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent
* Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas and specifically Pressure Vessels Manufacturing Industry
* At least 5 years of solid experience in a managerial/leadership role
* A successful and proven track record in production and manufacturing operations
* Fully accountable for the day-to-day operational and strategic management of the business and effectively manage all manufacturing site activities
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Fluent in English (essential)
