We are seeking to hire a Practice Support Specialist / Operations Coordinator to support Riyadh office.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a global law firm. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing expense reports, check requests, and new business memos; managing mailings and binders; maintaining diaries and electronic files; editing pre-bills; covering the reception desk; and assisting with travel arrangements and meeting coordination.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment. They will work closely with the Riyadh Office Managing Partner and provide day-to-day support to attorneys as assigned.

• Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent proofreading skills and solid computer proficiency
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related applications
• A positive, proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing technologies and procedures
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Other duties as may be assigned.

This position reports locally to the Office Managing Partner and to the Regional Director of Administration. The successful candidate will be mostly working from the office, with flexibility as needed to support business requirements. Overtime flexibility is required.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in international law and professional services environment and familiarity with working with global offices is preferred.
• Experience with government portals (including Saudi PRO work) is highly valued.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
