JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Supervises & direct of all personnel who perform their respective functions within his/her assigned school.
- Supervises and approve with appropriate advance notice of: school trips, staff development activities, assemblies, report card distribution, parent/teacher conferences, and other special events.
- Interviews and makes recommendations for local staff employment in coordination with the G.M & Group HR Manager."
- Develops and implements orientation activities for new staff, parents and students.
- Develops and implements school wide assessment plans in consultation with staff.
- Develop Academic & Event calendar in coordination with Academic coordinator & Head of student affairs.
- Provides staff development through allocation of resources, meetings and in-service training.
- Supervises, monitors and evaluates the teaching staff on a regular basis in a systematic manner with the focus on assisting and improving teaching techniques and methods.
- Monitors implementation of curriculum, instruction, and assessment programs by visiting classrooms regularly (conducting walk-through observations)."
- Review existing text books with Academic coordinator and suggest / recommend, if change required for new scholastic year."
- Develops school improvement plans with staff that aligns with the schools long and short term goals and uses student achievement data to improve the academic proficiency levels of students"
- Works with the Administration & Business Manager in estimating the annual school budget.
- Manages the process of accreditation of the school by the relevant professional bodies
- Works with supervisors and head of departments in maintaining a consistent and fair disciplinary system for students and staff as approved by the G.M."
- Use ERP system for data analysis, evaluation, Planning & reporting systems to maximize effect by ensuring systems are streamlined, to maximize efficiency."
- Ensuring the effective operation of the School in accordance with approved QMS & Accreditation body procedures "
- Leads a team to implement and refine a quality assurance framework to improve school quality and outcomes.
- Acts, with full delegated authority, on behalf of the G.M in his absence.
- Represents school internally & externally with various key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

- University Qualifications: Masters
- Nature and length of previous experience: 05 Yrs
- Specialist knowledge: leading, implementing and supporting International Curriculum.
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic
- Current Location: Inside Kingdom, Jordan / Lebanon
