JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
'Digital Software Principle Architect leads the design and execution of front-end and back-end development, coordinates with the product owner and manages team’s overall architecture, UI/UX elements, code quality and oversees DevOps activities in an effort to plan, build, launch, and implement the technical aspects of different products.
- Definition of detailed team structure, roles and responsibilities
- Oversight of recruitment for the technical team
- Designing and providing training for the team and managing day-to-day operations
- Developing roadmap for IT Architecture implementation, cooperation with IT architecture and customer journey designers
- Defining scope and timing of individual releases and ensuring required resources and vendors for implementation
- Translation of functional requirements to technical requirements and designs for IT applications to ensure successful implementation of designed products
- Planning and management of IT Architecture implementation, i.e. individual releases
REQUIREMENTS
- Masters and/or Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
- Hands-on development experience

- Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in Telco, with team management and focus on digital services and customer experience management; IT design, development, maintenance and operations experience
