JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities
- Material and Service Need Analysis : Work closely with internal departments to understand material and service requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. Analyze needs based on specifications, quantity, and timeline to initiate the procurement process.
- Local and International Market Scanning : Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers locally and internationally. Monitor market trends, new technologies, and price fluctuations to support informed procurement decisions
- Supplier Identification, Qualification, and Evaluation : Identify and prequalify suppliers based on technical capabilities, product quality, and service reliability.
- Supplier Communication and Negotiation : Engage in effective communication with suppliers to clarify requirements, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including price trends, supplier performance, cost savings, and procurement status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related field- +3 years of experience
- Excellent Arabic and English Communication
- Good Negotiation skills
- Data Analysis
- IT skills : email, Excell, power point.
