JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is working with an international engineering services organisation to assist them in finding a Procurement Manager for a new position in Riyadh, KSA.
This role is being created to manage two projects, both based in Riyadh, KSA from their HQ location.
The role will require you to:
• Purchase and negotiate with suppliers/vendors the equipment, spare parts, and services necessary for maintenance and operation of projects (not limited to spare parts/equipment/tools for Mechanical, Electrical and Specialized systems; cleaning equipment and materials)
• Sourcing of contracts and coordination with different facilities management providers in sub-contracting soft or hard services
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and manage purchase orders
• Review, analyze and negotiate price proposals; Contract and tender administration
• Prepare bids and invitation to tender documents for services required

REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for this role applicants must have the following skills and qualifications:
• Degree Qualified in Business, Engineering or relevant course
• At least 5 years Procurement experience within the Facilities Management/O&M
• Experience in Contract/Bid/Tender process, negotiations and administration
