Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The administration assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the procurement function and ensuring that all procurement-related administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and performing a variety of clerical duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the procurement team in the preparation of procurement documents and reports, such as purchase orders and contracts.
• Assisting with the coordination of procurement projects.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments as required.
• Maintaining and updating procurement records and databases.
• Managing and maintaining accurate procurement filing systems.
• Assisting in the preparation of procurement-related presentations and training materials.
• Coordinating procurement meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Supporting the procurement team with any other administrative tasks as required.
