JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Managing the ordering process: Ensuring that materials and services are delivered on time to meet customer needs
• Building vendor relationships: Securing the best prices on products for the company
• Negotiating purchasing agreements: Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers
• Planning and creating purchase orders: Maintaining adequate material flow based on forecasting
• Tracking inventory: Restocking goods when needed
• Developing efficient procurement solutions: Supporting senior management with sourcing strategies
• Identifying and obtaining products, services, and supplies: Ensuring that the company has what it needs to operate

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years` procurement/purchasing experience in a centralized procurement environment.
• Degree in business or procurement.
• Centralized Procurement System experience – SAP SRM/R3 desirable.
• Commercially focused and keen eye for detail with strong analytical & numerical skills.
• High level competence in Microsoft Excel and other office packages.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Spoken Arabic is highly desirable.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Red Sea Global (RSG) has been incorporated as a closed joint stock company, wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF).

The company has been established to develop and promote a new international luxury tourism destination that will set new standards for sustainable development and bring about the next-generation of luxury travel.
