You’ll play a key role in driving product strategy and execution within our SaaS e-commerce ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that help merchants grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery, design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Define and manage an outcome-driven roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with design, engineering, and operations to ship high-quality, scalable features.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Turn data and insights into product improvements that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide prioritization.
• Simplify complexity, communicate trade-offs clearly, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Operate confidently in Figma and Jira, applying agile methodologies throughout development.

Preferred Qualifications

Startup or founder experience (0–1 product building) is a plus.
