Product Manager

Description

Master-Works is seeking an innovative and results-driven product manager in data to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of data-centric products that empower our business and enhance our decision-making capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product strategies and deliver valuable data solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collect and analyze business and customer requirements.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features.
• Coordinate with development and design teams for delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data products.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.
• Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching data products.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate data insights into impactful business strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data management tools and platforms is a plus.
• Good technical knowledge in IT and software development.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
