Description
We are looking for a skilled Product Owner – Flights to lead the end-to-end product strategy for our Flights vertical. You will work closely with engineering, GDS/NDC partners, airlines, and UX teams to deliver a seamless, accurate, and high-performing flight booking experience for both B2C and B2B users.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Flights (Search, Fares, Booking, Ticketing, Post-Ticketing).
- Manage GDS/NDC/LCC integrations and ensure availability accuracy.
- Improve search performance, pricing accuracy, and booking flows.
- Optimize ticketing workflows, schedule changes, exchanges, and refunds.
- Work cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Use analytics and data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and drive KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in OTA, airline tech, GDS/NDC, or e-commerce travel products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Travelport), NDC, LCC APIs, and flight fare structures.
- Experience in PNRs, ticketing, queues, void/reissue/refund flows.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with UX and product analytics tools is a plus.
