JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The purpose of this job function is to work closely with the Supervisor Product Technical Support in providing effective support related to technical support services executing all Product Technical Support services and other assigned activities
The scope of this job function is focused on executing outdoors Product Branding Technical Support services including Cladding Industrial Tiles Cool Tiles Adhesives or any item assigned by management
In addition represent the Exa brand effectively communicating brand identity value and principles in all services and activities with end users owners Tile installation contractors through indoor and outdoor services and visits by executing daily services tasks visits company promotions and marketing events campaigns
Key Accountability Areas
- Supporting Product technical Support department by reaching potential customers to offer and provide technical services
- Provide daily field visits to present product technical services according to management direction
- To present outdoor indoor product range and solution whenever needed
- Working under the guidance and direct instructions from Supervisor
- Build and maintain strong relations with the end users customers potential customers segment in his area by outdoor direct contacting or any assigned to follow by management
- Collect useful information and details about the visited sites and fill data through provided systems tools to support in monitoring and analyzing market status
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit reports as required by company policy
- Provide a weekly monthly report formatted to the companys requirements detailing the status of all projects and tasks being followed
- Give immediate attention to any type of complaint note from the customer using the appropriate complaint form and ensure a satisfactory outcome in the shortest possible time
- Respond to consumer requirements and advise on the buying process
- Always follow company policy and procedures protecting company property and reputation
- Participate in marketing campaign activity with all concerned parties including sales presentations when required
- Participate in Marketing Communication activities eg exhibitions internal and external customer and public relation events
- Work involves flexible working shifts Hours and extensive travelling relocating whenever job tasks are required
- Sales Support Liaise with sales team for all tile related technical and training services and needs
- Participate in the ongoing development of the department by providing advice and suggestions to exa services levels
- Do additional tasks Related to your field as directed by management
- Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Other
- 2 to 5 Years
