Description
- The role involves managing and leading the entire production process by setting plans, targets, and budgets, while optimising resources for quality, volume, and cost efficiency.
- Responsibilities include process design, machine productivity, troubleshooting, energy and water cycle management, ensuring safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in both products and operations.
