We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning and Control Engineer to oversee the production processes and ensure the efficient utilization of resources in our manufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to meet the company's production targets and customer demands.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production schedules that align with customer demand, sales forecasts, and RM availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations.
• Analyse production data, capacity constraints, and material availability to optimize production planning and scheduling.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands or production challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including inventory levels, production output, and resource utilization.
• Identify areas of improvement within the production planning process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the production planning process.
• Participate in production meetings to provide updates on production schedules and address any challenges or delays.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess the feasibility of meeting customer demands and provide updated schedules.
• Utilize production planning software and tools effectively to enhance planning accuracy and streamline processes.
