Job Purpose

Works in analyzing training needs, designing and developing learning material and evaluation instruments for academic and job skills training programs, as assigned by the group/team leader. Applies internationally- recognized principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and in the measurement of training effects. Recognizes the latest trends in the fields of education and industrial training and the technologies that can be used to enhance learning.

Responsibilities

DUTY1 / effort % (030)
Under minimal supervision, designs curricula, assessments and other evaluation instruments, training programs, and other learning solutions. Develops instructional materials for participants and facilitators/trainers.

DUTY2 / effort % (020)
Plans, monitors, and reports on the development and execution of projects and provides professional expertise for major projects. Provides knowledge transfer.

DUTY3 / effort % (020)
Performs research and analysis, and develops study reports and proposals related to the future of training and evaluation programs.

DUTY4 / effort % (010)
Collaborates with SMEs, proponents, and teaching and technical staff to pilot, implement, and evaluate curricula, including delivery methodology, across all training centers.

DUTY5 / effort % (010)
Performs on-site training of teaching staff to ensure that all learning and assessment materials are used effectively. Conducts site visits at training centers to provide feedback and support to teaching staff and provides reports.

DUTY6 / effort % (010)
Supports employment screening testing process and performs other duties as assigned
