Description
Summary:
The program manager will be responsible for overseeing data-related programs and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy through effective governance, communication, and agile practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple data-related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
- Apply agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives.
- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams.
- Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision-making at the program level.
Requirements
Qualifications & requirements:
- Strong experience in program and portfolio management.
- Solid understanding and practical application of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within data-focused projects.
Languages:
Arabic – Mother tongue
English – Native/fluent
Preferred Certifications:
PMP/PgMP/RMP (PMI)
Agile certifications
