JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
- Defining the program governance (controls)
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
- Managing the programs budget
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects
- Managing stakeholders communication
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the programs outcome with the aid of the Business Change Manager
- Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of a program
- Identifies the scope of the program including the goals and the expected deliverables
- Identifies problems and implements solutions
- Tracks the progress of the program
- Provides direction, motivation, support and inspiration to the program team
- Prepares and presents the progress report to senior management
- Evaluates and assesses the program results
- Managing the main program documentations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in project management or equivalent.
- Advanced Project Management skills - PMP certification is a must.
- Over 4 years program management experience.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of program management
- Knowledge of program management techniques and tools
- Fluent in English Language
