JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

In this role, the T700 Program Manager will reports directly to the Director of Operation.
• He will lead the T700 section and responsible for the integration of requirements, and the management of full engine, module, overhaul or overall operation of the T700.
• Work closely with other programs, integrate, execute and communicate activities related to T700 overhaul and repairs.
• Interface with other Programs and department to determine current and future customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure production and aftermarket program critical issues are identified, communicated, elevated and acted on in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper resource allocation for the T700 Operations.
• Oversees the workflow processes throughout the team, attending to problems as they occur & offering suggestions for improvement.
• Manage and oversee the entire T700 production flow and updates the Director of Operation.
• The T700 Program Manager provides strategic leadership and tactical direction to the whole operation of T700 section while driving behavior that exhibits the highest business integrity.
• Work with Quality Department to ensure compliance to company, customer, regulatory, and other procedures and requirements.
• Provide inspired leadership for the T700 section and the organization.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for T700 section.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Work with the Director of Operation to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Exceptional work experiences in the same discipline (managerial position) or higher in an MRO, Military or Defense Industry.
• Candidate with at least 5 years of experience with F100/T56/F110/RB199/EJ200 and T700 engines and/or associated support systems, operation management, engineering or program management.
• Thorough understanding of operation, project/program management techniques and methods.
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Individual must utilize strong organizational, teaming, interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of military and commercial engine production and component overhaul & repair. Technical understanding of propulsion systems and their components.
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering or MRO operation. This includes applying principles, techniques, and program procedures.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and process specs.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing of effective operation management.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Must have a continuous improvement mind set a strong work ethic, support program initiatives, and believe in teamwork.
