JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of laptops, accessories, and related equipment.
- Logistics and Deployment: coordinate logistics for laptop deployment, including transportation, storage, and distribution to end users.
- Communication: Assist in communicating project updates, timelines.
- Provide training materials to the team leaders & the computer technician to facilitate a smooth replacement for the new laptops.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and communications. Organize the project files and any other relevant documents for audit purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify lessons learned and best practices that can be applied to improve the operation.
- Follow Aramco Security standards and safety roles.
