JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Project Controls Lead - KSA

Our client is an international engineering consultant who are actively looking to expand their footprint in the Saudi Arabian market. As part of their strategic growth plan they are actively looking to appoint Project Controls Director on to a major development scheme based out of their Riyadh office.

As the Project Controls Director you will be responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the projects output including technical results and financial profitability

Key activities will include:
- Produce and maintain accurate project schedules and understand schedule resources loading.
- Work with the costing team to budget forecast for the project, including manpower.
- Administer market budget and track and report project finances.
- Manage the planning and scheduling teams to both plan ahead for the projects and ensure the project is on track.
- Conduct vendor and internal audits to review accuracy, quality and completeness of database records and documents.
- Prepare monthly reports and assemble data to consolidate.
- Create, control, review and authenticate cost reports and change notices.

Salary:
SAR 75,000 to 85,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Key requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in construction, of which 5 must have been in a project controls management position
- Must have experience in working with International consultancies.
- Demonstrable management experience within planning, cost, project controls.
- Must have high value Capex Capability on large billion dollar development projects.
- Must have experience with the GCC working on major develop programs.
- Due to current travel restrictions, priority for this role will be given to those in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable Iqama. Candidate outside region will be considered but must be able to travel.
