Accountabilities:
Project Delivery
- Ensure effective project governance, (including monthly project reviews & support of critical "red light' projects etc.) is practiced across our Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt region .
- Establish an overview of full Project scope of region and the critical risk Projects
- Responsible for the effective implementation and rollout of Project Delivery initiatives for the region.
- Highlight critical risk projects to executive
- Support Project teams maintain GM and GM avoid erosion in region on critical projects by suggesting mitigations
- Represent the region on the Global E&C Delivery Network
Project Sponsorship and Operational Support
- Act as Executive Project Sponsor on selected key projects across region
- Lead miscellaneous trouble shooting operational initiatives, including providing hands on support when significant/material problems are encountered
- Participate in financial and location business reviews to understand the results and challenges, and help steer the required outcomes (e.g. via Worley Core Performance or other business improvement programs)
- Participate in key bids and proposals to anticipate issues and support sales processes.
Business Improvement
- Responsible for the effective implementation and rollout of Digitization and Automation initiatives for the region and be a point of contact with Digitization Stakeholders and Regional Digitalization Leads.
- Support Ecosys transition and implementation to deliver full project visibility
Engineering Oversight
- Provide comprehensive engineering oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Job Specific Knowledge:
- Ability to collaborate with multiple locations across a large geographic area
- Deep understanding of all elements of Worley's operations
- Understanding and awareness of Worley systems and processes
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- S trong communication skills
Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary degree
- Relevant business degree or equivalent commercial experience
IT Skills:
- Familiar with industry standard engineering systems
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Other:
- Self-starter - able to work with little supervision
- Attention to detail
