Our client is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee major hospitality and high-rise projects in Saudi Arabia, predominantly Riyadh and Makkah. This leadership role involves full responsibility for planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder management on contractor-side operations.

Description
As project director, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading end-to-end delivery of major hospitality and high-rise projects
* Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery within budget
* Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with project goals
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including PPP and PIF entities
* Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards
* Drive risk management and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:
Our client is seeking:* Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience
* Proven track record in high-rise towers and mega hospitality projects
* Strong exposure to PPP projects (mandatory) and PIF-funded developments
* Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Egypt
* Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery skills
