JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A fantastic long term opportunity to work as a Project Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a prestigious and unique project. This program relates to delivery of VVIP hospitality, with unique architectural finishes, residential & sports.

This is to work for a globally renowned firm with excellent western leadership.

This is a unique project and program and requires a highly talented and skilled Project Director to work closely with the client and team to ensure successful delivery. This will involve pre & post contract delivery.

Requirements:

• Must be Bachelors and/or Masters degree qualified in engineering or construction from an accredited western university.
• Must have worked as a Project or Program Director for an international firm or local/regional developer in The Middle East.
• At least 15+ years experience managing large scale building construction programmes.
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Must have worked in the Middle East previously.

Salary:
SAR 85,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
