Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring seamless execution of project plans, and driving the successful completion of projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage oil and gas projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key milestones and potential issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering
- Proven experience in project management within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving project success
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and quality
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills are an advantage
