JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Participate in the establishment and maintaining the specific project procedures for Construction Supervision Management
• Study potential variation to the contractor's /scope of work that may generate cost or time impact and present risk assessment
• Acting as owner representative with the responsibility to manage projects and track time, cost, quality, safety and variation orders.
• Assessing variation, claims and report, to client management the technical position of the proposed variation
• Advise the client of any project progress obstacles and propose corrective actions.
• Participating in the risk assessment workshops.
• Structural design review for water, wastewater projects(thrust boring projects and transmission lines projects).
• Prepare the projects closing-out procedure.
• Reviewing the project shop drawings and as-built for the projects
• Ensure contractor’s compliance with its contractual obligations concerning Design changes, Tender Notices, specifications, stakeholder’s requirements, and PMM approved forms
• Establish the Quality Control and Quality Assurance process and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related with overall 10 years’ experience in Project Management in utilities, water, wastewater projects.
• Good Arabic/ English communication
