Project Engineer (M&E)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer (M&E) to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing mechanical and electrical aspects of water, wastewater, and industrial operations and maintenance (O&M) projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. As a Project Engineer, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of mechanical and electrical engineering projects related to water and wastewater treatment plants and industrial O&M.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure optimal project design and implementation.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, engineering reports, and design calculations.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and effective execution of work.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards on all project sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the training and development of junior engineers and technical staff.
