Project Engineer - MEP

Job Description

- Supports PM for delivery of LoB projects (Medium & Mega) and acts as PM as per given delegation.

- Project Engineer will be responsible for preparing the project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards.

- Key KPIs include:

• Accumulative subordinates PM's KPIs
• Customer satisfaction & delivery against project specs

- Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager.

- Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise.

- Communicates all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provides them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies.

- Follows up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.

- Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.

- Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheets to the Project Manager.

- Prepares and submits monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager.

- Makes sure that procedures are followed and determines if specified steps were taken.

• Electrical Engineer with site background.
• Have sound knowledge about Substation Business.
• Have previous experience in Oil & Gas Field.
• Can report in technical properly.
• Very good computer skills, i.e., Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
