Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of oil and gas projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to make a significant impact in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of oil and gas projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress and performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may impact project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the oil and gas industry
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to provide regular project updates and address any concerns or inquiries
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to optimize project delivery and performance

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Solid understanding of oil and gas project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to overcoming project challenges
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry regulations, standards, and safety practices
