Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Administrator to join our dynamic team in the education industry. The successful candidate will lead and oversee a range of projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various education projects, ensuring that all activities align with the organization's strategic objectives
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress using appropriate tools
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project goals
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards throughout project execution
- Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the education industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Adaptability and resilience, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications in project management or education would be advantageous

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
