JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Project Manager will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and high-quality standards while managing risks, permits, and safety regulations. They will lead the cross-functional teams, coordinate with the consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress, budget and milestones.

Description
* Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, coordinate on-site activities, and manage the project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
* Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and licenses, ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and address any legal or regulatory requirements.
* Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal staff, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability.
* Risk Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
* Budget and Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, track expenditures, and assist with client billing as necessary.
* Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Development Director on project progress, challenges, and milestones through both verbal and written communication, including detailed reports.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements:
An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related construction field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.Master's Degree or PMP preferred.
