JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
•Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Telecom ITB package, covering telecom systems, IT infrastructure, and civil/infra works.
•Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP), schedules, budgets, and resources.
•Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, consultants, and key stakeholders.
•Manage multidisciplinary project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, contracts, and HSE).
•Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client specifications, and industry standards (e.g., SEC, Aramco, FIDIC, ISO).
•Oversee engineering design reviews, procurement activities, and construction execution.
•Monitor progress, cost, quality, and risks, ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed.
•Chair regular progress, coordination, and client meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
•Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and performance.
•Ensure proper document control, reporting, and contractual correspondence.
•Drive project HSE culture, ensuring zero-incident performance across all activities.
•Manage claims, variations, and change orders, in coordination with Contracts/Commercial teams.
•Ensure timely commissioning, testing, and final handover to the client.
Requirements:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful handover in line with client requirements, contractual obligations, budget, quality, and HSE standards.
