JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is once again supporting one of The Worlds Largest Contractors, this time in relation to one of Saudi Arabia's giga projects, NEOM.
- The project itself is an enormous 5-star resort, hotel & infrastructure works valued in excess of 300 Million USD with a 5 duration.
As part of this major project, we need a Project Manager with 5-star hotel and infrastructure project experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Civil Engineering degree
- International Main Contractor experience
- Minimum of 20 years of project experience
- Must have experience in KSA
- Must have experience of 5-star Hotels and Infrastructure works given the size and nature of the project/location
- Single project experience in excess of 300 Million USD
