Key responsibilities
Lead the product management process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Develop detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development and testing.
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
Identify and prioritize features that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, preferably in construction tech or related industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
