As a Project Manager at Master-Works, you will be at the forefront of managing diverse projects, leading teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide stakeholders with detailed updates.
• Identify potential risks and issues, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze and report on project performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, etc.).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in a technology-related environment.
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards project challenges.
