Project Manager - Business & Client Operations (Logistics)

Riyadh, KSA

Fetchr continues to grow and we're looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team based in Riyadh, KSA. The Project Manager will be working closely with Fetchr's clients and internal teams to analyse, review and provide last mile logistics solutions. The Project Manager will be pivotal in delivering effective solutions for our KSA and GCC clients.

Requirements

Your new role:
- You will be mastering Fetchr's existing processes and define new & optimal processes to meet client expectations.
- Communicating Fetchr's capabilities to clients confidently & bridge the gap between client's processes & Fetchr's processes.
- Understanding client business requirements thoroughly & communicate them to the internal teams.
- Getting your hands dirty working with the operations team and be up to date with all the new developments & process updates.
- Taking full responsibility of projects from initiation till the operations are stable (post Go Live).

REQUIREMENTS

What you'll need to succeed in your new role:
- Be an experienced logistics or e-commerce Project Manager, used to working in an extremely agile work environment.
- Have prior logistics, supply chain or e-commerce management experience.
- Be an excellent communicator, involved in daily interaction with clients who provide million dollar annual revenue to Fetchr.
- Have excellent English and Arabic skills
- Be able to understand complex IT systems.
- Be sharp & proactive.
- Be keen to work in a high pressure startup environment.
- Ideally you will have completed a relevant degree in logistics & supply chain management domain or hold a Master's in Business Administration
