JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Project Manager - Engineering (Roads) – Saudi Arabia
Linum Consult’s client is an international design, engineering and management company. They are urgently seeking a Project Manager with a background in road construction to interface with their clients on a major highway project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring that the project cycle is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives
• Liaising with the client to ensure their needs are met
• Interacting with subcontractors to make sure works are carried out to a high standard
• Monitoring the financial performance of the project; rectifying any problems that arise
• Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets
Requirements:
PROFILE• At least a Bachelor’s degree qualification in Civil Engineering
• Significant experience of working on major road construction projects
• Immediate availability
• Demonstrable history of client liaison, with an excellent ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and project management skills
Salary:
SAR
55,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
