JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are working for a long standing client of ours who are looking for a Project Manager on a temporary basis 9/12 months which could lead to upto 2 years (second phase) on a car manufacturing plant projects in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

Role:

Will be looking after three floor construction teams, each with their own construction manager. Liaising with them and main contractor project management teams and senior managers of company and partner company.

All casting concrete floors for the car factory. Designed internally.
There will be on site QA supervisors and also flatness and abrasion testing daily.

Coordinating with other sub cons and main contractor to ensure continuity for 3 teams casting concrete. Making sure main contractor is moving ahead with prep work well ahead.
Managing material deliveries, storage and team allocation
Attending progress meetings
Cost control working to budget and program.

Salary

Negotiable Salary
Transport and accommodation will be provided.
