JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client a very reputable engineering consultancy requires a Project Manager (PMC) for a shopping centre project in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be required to supervise the main contractor to ensure the project is completed in line with the works programme, budget and to the quality specified in the contract and make regular reports to the client.
Salary:
USD
9,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Accomodation, Transportation, Flights + Medical
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years post graduate experience.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years on large shopping centre projects at a senior level on client side.
- You must currently be at Project Manager level for site supervision.
- PMP or Prince 2 qualification will be beneficial.
