JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various road and bridge construction projects. Open to being based on different sites across KSA as needed per the client/project requirements.

Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of road and bridge construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing road and bridge construction projects.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team and throughout the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have the following:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Additional certificates such as PMP
• Strong English communication skills
• 20 - 25 years' experience in the management of Highways, Bridges and Tunnels
• Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC
