JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join our team in the oil and gas industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our project portfolio through effective relationship management and strategic business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the oil and gas industry to promote our project solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their project needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure project sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to the leadership team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies, processes, and customer engagement initiatives to drive sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful project sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong network of industry contacts and clients in Saudi Arabia.- Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to effectively communicate and align with technical and operational teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant professional certification or postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
