JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team in the oil and gas industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Project Supervisor is mainly responsible for good execution of site work, implementation of PM/PE site instruction.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination between Project Engineers and Site Staff.
- Responsible for the progress of work on site and reporting to Project Engineer and/or Project Manager.
- Follow up of project execution as per the approved project documents (PPE, Shop drawings, MOS, ITP, etc.).
- Arrange resources, materials and tools required for site work.
- Arrange necessary site permits.
- Control material and tools delivered to site.
- Supervision of technical staff on site.
- Supervision of inter-stage inspections with third party (e.g., x-rays).
- Responsible for the Daily Presence Sheet of the project site staff.
- Keep one copy of approvals (Material, drawings, MOS, etc.) on site.
- Adhere to the HSE procedure & wear the mandatory safety gears when required.
- Follow up and implementation of the relevant instructions and procedures mentioned in Quality Management Manual and other related.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in project management within the oil and gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
- Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the oil and gas sector
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
