JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for all aspects of the assigned Warehousing projects such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing covering all project management knowledge areas such as scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, and Risk
- Responsible for the success of the assigned Warehousing projects within the given constraints such as scope, time, cost, and quality as defined by stakeholders
- Key aspect of this position is integration, coordination and harmonizing the work between the different stakeholders including direct reports, other key team members and the different consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Closely work with other different departments within the organization to achieve the goals and objectives of the assigned Warehousing projects such as finance, IT, and procurement
- Manage all changes and maintain up-to-date project plan at all times
- Responsible for status and performance reporting of the assigned Warehousing projects in addition to providing realistic forecast on a weekly and monthly basis to direct manager, steering committee, and concerned stakeholders
- Management and control of all risks and issues in the assigned Warehousing projects and escalation when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Business Administration or similar)
- At least 7 years of experience out of which 3 years in managing large size automated Warehousing projects

Key skills:
- Solid background in different aspects of Warehousing/ Logistics / Supply Chain
- PMP certified is a plus
- English languages is a must, Arabic a plus
