Overview

SME for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Sustainability strategy, policy, program design and development, ESG performance and social impact measurements.
Progression prospect includes spearheading key corporate-level CSR/Sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop policies relating to a company's, sustainable social programs.
Design and implement programs that ensures that acompany has a positive impact on local communities and the environment.
Support communication streams to raisepublic awareness of a company's social responsibility/citizenship commitments through marketing.
Conducting research into best practice.
Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility strategy/Corporate citizenship.
Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, NGO's and other entities.
Ensuring that a company's policies meet legal and commercial needs.
Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups.
Reporting on social responsibility/corporate citizenship activity to senior managers.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

PhD Degree in fields of Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Public Affairs, Business Strategy and Communication, Business Administration, Social design and Strategic management or any related field.
Minimum (15) years' experiencein relevant fields.
certifications, license, professional membership in relevant fields
affiliation with prominent non-for-profit and multilateral organizations such as the UNEP, UNED, etc (preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, in English.
Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office.
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
