Position Description

We are seeking a public relations specialist with 5+ years of experience in the public relations, event management and logistics area.

Saudi Aramco is the world's largest energy company. The Corporate Secretariat area supports the Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary to organize and manage board meetings, set agendas, review and draft papers, presentations and minutes. They also perform event management and logistics for the Board meetings and shareholder meetings. They arrange and coordinate the logistics and event management work for the meetings, including selecting hotel and dinner venues, special events, trips and tours, coordinate transportation and security, etc. It is a specialized event management function within the very large Saudi Aramco organization, focusing on the Board of Directors and senior management.

You will report directly to the head of the Corporate Secretariat Practice Area, Saudi Aramco Shareholder, Board and Committee Governance.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirement

Bachelor Degree with five years or more of experience

Experience in event management or a related field

Experience in communication with high level executives
