We are seeking a highly diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Director for a significant role in the Construction industry located in Makkah. The position demands an individual with expertise in Quality Assurance to ensure the highest standards of quality and control.

The role is with a large organization in the Construction industry, developing multiple assets in the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
Description
* Create company wide Quality Assurance strategy.
* Develop and implement all Quality Control procedures and standards.
* Monitor all operations that affect quality in the construction department.
* Supervise and guide the construction team to meet quality expectations.
* Perform inspections of all materials, equipment, and construction practices.
* Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identify training needs and conduct training for construction staff.
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies associated.

Requirements:
A successful QA/QC Director should have:* A strong educational background in Construction or related fields. Bachelor's Degree compulsory.
* Exceptional knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using quality control software and conducting data analysis.
