Red Sea Landscape Nursery, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global is expanding its programs and seeking talented individuals to join the most prestigious giga project in KSA.

Red Sea Global (RSG) is a visionary developer responsible for projects like The Red Sea and Amaala, focused on regenerative tourism and elevating the country's luxury tourism offerings.

Our Landscaping Team is looking for a QA/QC Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA/QC plans for assigned projects

Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and other contract documents to identify quality requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for assigned projects.
• Conduct inspections of all phases of construction, including materials, workmanship, and compliance with codes and standards.
• Identify and document non-conformance issues and work with contractors to develop corrective actions.
• Verify the completion of corrective actions and ensure all deficiencies are resolved.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and reports.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and handover meetings.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant building codes, fire safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and materials used in interior fit-out projects.
• May assist with the preparation of submittals and shop drawings.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure and landscape projects..
• Excellent knowledge of relevant building codes and fire safety regulations.
• Proficient in the use of construction quality management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document non-conformances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
