JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsibilities will include preparing costs to complete documentation in line with the relevant timetable.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management, you will report to the Commercial Director and work within a close-knit team of surveyors.
• Ensuring that you produce accurate monthly accruals, and ensure predicted profitability is upheld through the life cycle of the development amongst various other responsibilities.
• Preparation of Tender documents, Contract Condition, Tender Review prepare response via Tender Addendums and assemble post-tender clarifications.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have post-contract background & experience with a leading main contractor in the gulf
• Must be locally available in KSA with transferable Iqama
• Must be able to join in less than a month
• Must have bachelor's in Civil or QS
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of Gulf experience Including 5 years of managerial experience
